The opportunity

This opportunity is for a Business Development Manager to join Genome.One and drive the expansion of a network of health care professionals who partner with us to make our Personal Health Genomics (PHG) products available to their patients.

Key responsibilities of this position will be focused on developing and executing a partnership and channel strategy for Genome.One’s Personal Health Genomics business by:

Developing a thorough market understanding and identifying business opportunities
Conducting and coordinating market searches and commercial intelligence gathering activities for the purpose of identifying potential channel partners
Alliance management
Key account management
Identifying and maintaining prioritized key accounts and developing influence maps outlining roles and responsibilities of relevant stakeholders within a given organization
Collaborating with channel partners to implement a robust marketing plan and activities targeting key customer segments

Formal Qualifications

Medical or science degree preferably combined with a business degree

Required Skills and Experience

Over 5 years of proven track record in sales and/or business development within health care (ideally general practice) and in clinical administration
Strong B2B client relationship management experience
Entrepreneurial thinking
Ability to develop, manage and maintain effective internal and external relationships
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Expert business and technical analytic skills
